What are your shipping policies?
Books and print products have shipping costs applied at checkout for your book and print orders.
Original prints are carefully packaged and sent insured in waterproof and rigid packaging. The shipping is included in the listed price.
Original paintings are double boxed in cardboard with a waterproof barrier, with foam sheeting against the painting surface, with hanging hardware and instructions for best hanging practices and artwork care.
What's your return policy?
Original artwork is non-refundable.
Books and prints can be returned for the cost of shipping.
In the event there's a flaw in the product that we didn't catch, we can replace it at our own expense. Documentation of the issue may be necessary.
What if I want more information about an artwork before I buy it?
